Luxury Apartments near Ischgl
We would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Peter-Jan and Christie, parents of four children and living in Eindhoven (The Netherlands).
We like to travel to this village to enjoy, work, ski, cycle, walk and eat good food or just relax from the daily hustle and bustle of normal life. And now we have also made skiing our hobby and we like to give ski lessons in the village from the ski school in See.
We have been coming to See for a number of years and have really fallen in love with the small village, the nice inhabitants and the beautiful imposing surroundings.
We are therefore very happy that we can share our two Penthouses with you, so that you can enjoy the breathtaking view, the peace and the fun. In our opinion, a perfect combination between luxury, nature and inspiration. If you are looking for a bit more entertainment, Ischgl, Sankt Anton and Serfaus are nearby (between 15 and 40 minutes by car), not to mention the beautiful city of Innsbruck at 1 hour's drive of 50 minutes by train from Landeck.
All seasons are beautiful and impressive, even the periods between winter and summer are beautiful, in these in-between seasons it is quiet and you see nature changing day by day. It gives you the ultimate opportunity to relax and experience silence. Using the apartments as a home-working location is of course possible, good WiFi is available and the environment provides enough energy to achieve beautiful things...
We are sure you have made a good choice to use one of our Penthouses. Because once you have seen them in real life you don't want to go home anymore…
Together with the interior designer, we have spared no expense to take care of everything down to the last detail. First-class materials have been used to meet everyone's needs.
In short, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do and that all expectations are fulfilled.

The large Penthouse (no.9) has two beautiful bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. The living room is spacious, has a modern fireplace and the lounge furniture guarantees a relaxing evening! If you look around you, you will find a beautiful kitchen in the apartment. Here you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal; a (steam) oven, induction hob, a spacious fridge and freezer, dishwasher and large cupboards and drawers. Of course we also thought of crockery, cutlery and glassware and did our utmost to create something beautiful here. In our opinion, that makes eating and drinking even tastier :).
The view from the large balcony is breathtaking and is south facing. Here you will not be short of anything and we have placed lovely outdoor lounge chairs so you can enjoy the view, the sun and of course a nice drink. If you want to dine outside, there are two high-quality bistro sets so you can enjoy a good meal and all the beauty around you. The flat has underfloor heating, Sonos home cinema system, the latest OLED SmartTV from LG and a digital panel with lighting programmes.
The smaller Penthouse (no.10) is cozy and beautifully finished with fabric walls so you almost feel like you are in a mountain hut. You can still stay with four people in this apartment. In addition to the master bedroom and bathroom, you will find a lovely sofa in the cozy living room that houses a very comfortable bed. Just pull the backrest towards you and a nice bed with a mattress topper will meet you.
Also in this house you have everything your heart desires. A nice modern kitchen with a (steam) oven, a large fridge and freezer, cooking on induction and of course a fine Nespresso should not be missing here. Both from the dining area and from the sitting area you have a beautiful view of one of the most beautiful mountains in the area where you can enjoy the rising sun that touches the peaks early every day. The terrace at the front also faces south and the beautiful comfortable armchairs invite you to sit outside with a nice drink and enjoy the surroundings.
